Terms of Service
Last Updated: April 2026
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website, creating an account, or purchasing and using the wuuvy software (hereinafter referred to as the "Service" or "Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and wuuvy.
If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any of our services. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.
2. License Grant and Restrictions
Upon successful payment, wuuvy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable lifetime license to use the Software for your personal or commercial projects. This license is strictly bound to you as the purchaser.
Under this license, you are strictly prohibited from:
- Attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, decrypt, or otherwise derive the source code of the wuuvy software itself.
- Sharing, reselling, sublicensing, or distributing your account credentials, license keys, or access tokens to third parties.
- Providing "obfuscation as a service" to third parties using your license, unless explicitly authorized in writing by wuuvy.
- Using the Software to develop a competing obfuscation or bytecode protection product.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
Our service is designed to protect legitimate intellectual property. You agree not to use wuuvy to obfuscate, pack, or protect any form of malicious software.
Prohibited use cases include, but are not limited to: malware, ransomware, botnets, trojans, unauthorized crypto-miners, spyware, or any software designed to gain unauthorized access to computer systems, steal data, or perform malicious network activity.
We reserve the right to investigate suspicious activity and immediately revoke licenses, without refund, if we determine the Software is being used in violation of this Acceptable Use Policy. We may also cooperate with law enforcement authorities regarding such violations.
4. Payment, Billing, and Refunds
All payments are processed securely through our authorized payment gateways. By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided.
Refund Policy: Due to the nature of digital goods and downloadable software, all sales are final. Once a license key has been generated, accessed, or a hardware-lock profile has been activated, we cannot issue refunds. We highly recommend reviewing our documentation and technical specifications before purchasing to ensure the Software meets your requirements.
5. Hardware Locking (HWID) & Account Security
Certain tiers or builds of the Software utilize Hardware Identification (HWID) locking to prevent license abuse. Your license is bound to the specific physical or virtual environment authorized at the time of activation.
HWID Resets: We understand that developers upgrade their hardware. HWID resets are permitted subject to our review process. Excessive or suspicious reset requests (e.g., requesting resets across vastly different geographical locations within a short timeframe) may result in account suspension pending manual verification.
Attempting to bypass the HWID verification system, spoofing hardware data to share a single license across multiple users, or utilizing automated scripts to request HWID resets is a direct violation of these Terms and will result in immediate license termination.
6. Third-Party Platforms and Game Servers
If you utilize wuuvy to protect software that interacts with third-party platforms, game clients, or multiplayer servers, you do so entirely at your own risk.
wuuvy is not responsible for any account bans, suspensions, or penalties levied against you or your end-users by third-party platforms (such as anti-cheat systems detecting modified or obfuscated bytecode). We provide no guarantees that obfuscated code will bypass, or remain undetected by, third-party security or integrity checks.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
Your Rights: You retain full ownership and all intellectual property rights to the original, unobfuscated source code and the final protected JAR files you process through wuuvy. We make no claim of ownership over your code.
Our Rights: wuuvy retains all right, title, and interest in and to the wuuvy software, including the obfuscation engine, transformation algorithms, website, documentation, and all related intellectual property.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
The wuuvy service and software are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the software will be entirely error-free, that it will not negatively impact the performance of your application, or that the resulting bytecode will be permanently immune to decompilation. Reverse engineering is a dynamic field, and no protection matrix is infinite.
In no event shall wuuvy, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data loss, corrupted codebases, or business interruption, arising out of your use or inability to use the Software.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and license immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Software will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
